A complete, full-scale interior transformation of a multi-family condominium unit located in Burnaby, BC. This extensive project involved gutting the home down to the studs and rebuilding the entire space from the ground up to establish a bright, open-concept floor plan with sleek contemporary finishes.

During the initial demolition and structural assessment, two critical safety and compliance issues were identified: historic asbestos within the wall cavity insulation and outdated aluminum wiring throughout the original electrical system. Prioritizing home safety, environmental health, and current building code standards, our team safely completed full hazardous material abatement and re-wired the unit entirely with modern copper electrical service.
